APS Renovations - Phase Five 2010/2011

2010/2011 – Phase 5 renovates 7,200 square feet for our largest tenant to date and provides new roofs and structural support at the first step to moving the Library into its planned final home in the complex. This phase also provides infrastructure necessary to allow the remaining space to be leased to additional tenants.
