APS Renovations - Phase Four 2007-2008

2007/2008 – Phase 4 consists of renovation of four more buildings and an additional roof. This provides space for one of our tenants to expand their space and facilities to house the Headsville, West Virginia post office on loan from the Smithsonian Institution which allows us to have a contract post office and cancel our own mail.
