One of these Gambian stamps is genuine. Can you tell the difference?

  1. The genuine shows embossing, usually a colored dot present on the chignon, pointed “A”, and a portrait height of 13.5 mm.
  2. The forgery has thicker letters with flat “A”s. The line below “GAMBIA” is thinner than in the genuine, the color dot is missing, and embossing is lacking.
