Guatemala, 1871 Coat of Arms Issue

One of these stamps is a genuine Guatemala and the other is a Spiro Forgery -- do you know the difference?

  1. The genuine stamp has a sharp design and lettering where the forgery the design is rough and the lettering is rounded.
  2. In the genuine stamp there are 6 1/2 bars in the upper half of the shield where in the forged one there are only 6.
