Haiti Scott 35, Coat of Arms

One of these stamps is a genuine Haiti Scott 35 and the other is a forgery. Can you tell the difference?

  1. The genuine is engraved, perf are 14x13 ½ and the tail of the “Q” doesn’t touch the frame line.
  2. The forgery is lithograph, perf is roughly 11 and the tail of the “Q” is an invert V that touches the frame line.
