Karl Rove Talks Hobby in Richmond

The former Presidential Deputy Chief of Staff, third-generation collector and 24-year APS member Karl Rove will share his lifelong collecting of Patriotic and Campaign Covers, at the American Philatelic Society's (APS) fundraising dinner, Thursday, August 12, 2010.
